Fabulous experience for a first-time visitor to Las Cruces/Mesilla NM. The vegetarian combination includes their signature dish; a bean tostada compuesta, one chile relleno, and a cheese enchilada. Delicious and reasonably priced. This historic landmark has quite a story that includes the Wild West. The exotic parrots in huge cages are colorful like the entire interior of this beautiful New Mexican landmark. Though I arrived near closing, the waiter was patient and attentive. The manager also came by to make sure I was happy. The staff was friendly & professional. Highly recommend.
Excellent food. Great service. The very historic building was a nice welcome to a tasty meal. Be sure to try the Prickly Pear Matgatita!
Service was spectacular. My wife was cold and so our server spoke to the manager and they were able to turn down the air. Servers were thoughtful and gave us plenty of time to order, but also checked up on us frequently but too frequently. Food was very good, but not quite perfect. We love the ambiance in there overall with several amazing rooms, the place never ends. It's very pretty in there.
